So after we finished state assessments, our team wanted to celebrate our good scores and celebrate Maverick's (Jenna's dog) first birthday. What we didn't know is that we'd also be celebrating the arrival of a baby!!!!! Here is Justin and Jenna Sprague... just hours before becoming parents! They invited our team to their house for the BBQ and as Jenna carried the burgers inside from the grill, her water broke in front of an audience of 11 people! In typical Jenna fashion she rolled with the punches... half laughing-half crying... and shocked that the moment was here... a month early! It was like something straight out of the movies and we were soooo excited we got to be a part of it!
Leaving all the delicious food behind to go to the hospital to have a baby!!! Jenna's parting words, "Leave me some jalapeno poppers!"
So the party got moved to our house where we waited anxiously for the news and started making bets on the arrival time and the gender. I was the proud winner :)
Unfortunately, I was also co-hosting a shower for Jenna with Jen on Saturday morning... but baby Sprague had already come! Jenna- here's what it would've looked like for you!
We still had some guests come anyways... and a good thing too with all the food we had! Just no mommy-to-be haha!
And here's the early bundle of joy... Samuel Dale Sprague. 6 pounds, 10 ounces... 19 inches long... looks just like his Daddy! Him and his mommy are doing just great!!!! He was just ready to come out and meet everybody... he didn't want to wait another month!

What a CRAZY and exciting story!! How fun!! Congrats Mommy and Daddy! Can't wait to meet the little guy!
